Language of privacy
In Japanese there is no native word having the same concept of English word privacy. To express the concept, they use the word showing the sound of English word of privacy in Japanese letters (Japanese syllabary).
Public Interests
The PRIVILEGED network member for Japan reports few public attitudes surveys except:
- The Personalized Medicine Project (Biobank Japan stores the samples and information) holds symposia for discussion where questionnaires are given out.
